<Cause>
Cause 1: The vacuum tube to the nozzle sensor is disconnected, broken or hooked up to the wrong sensing port on the sensor causing the sensor to read out of range.
Solution: Connect the vacuum tube from the nozzle to the port marked LOW on the Setra sensor. Inspect the length of the tubing looking for breaks or kinks.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: The collection nozzle has accumulated debris, blocking the small pressure sensing hole.
Solution: Clean nozzle per instructions on Techplanet debris site: http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/debris_removal/nav/proced.htm
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: The main vacuum collection hose is disconnected.Inspect the entire length of the collection hose from UDRC to collection nozzle in the device, looking for disconnections or large holes.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 4: The cabinet has lost powerThe green light indicates power to the UDRC relay (comes from the device to UDRC cable, not the main power from the wall).
</Cause>
<Cause>
4(a) If the green light on top of the cabinet comes on and then goes off without the blower coming on, check the power to the cabinet.
Solution: Make sure the power cable has not come unplugged at the cabinet or the wall. Check that there is power at the wall receptacle.WARNING: the UDRC runs off 200-240 VAC, please use appropriate precautions when tracing main power problems.On some occasions the main power connection to the motor (molex connector inside the UDRC motor enclosure) may have come loose. Turn the UDRC upside down and remove the bottom cover to gain access to the motor enclosure.
</Cause>
<Cause>
4(b) If the green light on top of the cabinet never comes on, the UDRC relay may be broken.
Solution: The green light itself may be burnt out or have a poor connection. While this will not cause any functional problem at all, it is important to eliminate this or you risk mis-diagnosing a broken relay.Reseat cable connection between device and UDRC. Trace the cables from the green light and check connections, check for voltage on this line when light should be on.Replace the relay if defective. Some UDRC disassembly is required to access the relay in the UDRC Power box.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 5: The particulate filter (or filter spacer) is installed upside down or is not present.
Solution: Ensure the particulate filter is placed on the spacer, check proper orientation of the spacer and that it is level.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 6: The lid is not closed.
olution: Ensure the lid closes securely, without excessive force.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 7: On a particulate only system (POC) the nozzle sensing line may be hooked up to the wrong sensor on the TEE board.
Solution: See the upgrade procedure for the 3244/3230 (73-3639A-x-PR01)Reset the output device to continue.
Cause 8: The nozzle pressure sensor is wired incorrectly.Check the continuity of the sensor wires, looking for shorts.
